CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.

Update #1 -

As of July 7th, 2025, the Chester Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners are currently at the stage of touching up and finalizing plans with the Architect in order to go out to bid. This is for the new Trout Brook Firehouse as well as the separate storage building which will be situated at the edge of the property along Lakes Road.

The architectural plans for Sugar Loaf Firehouse’s addition/renovated kitchen and Walton Firehouse’s bathroom and kitchen renovations are currently near the point of completion.
